Right now you may be feeling the need to help, but you just don't know how or maybe you need a distraction and something to keep you busy. Here are some service opportunities to do while still practicing social distancing:

Creating Face Masks

For those of you with sewing capabilities, this is the perfect project for you!
Click here for the Amazon wish list of the specific materials that can be used to make appropriate face masks for medical personnel during the shortage of hospital-grade masks.

Here is a video tutorial on how to make a mask:

Need the written instructions? Click here.

Once you are finished with making the face masks, contact the post office here to let them know you have a pick up to be sent to the hospital.

The church will be reimbursing church members up to $40 per set of masks made. Email a copy of your receipt and your mailing address to office@mariettaadventist.org, and we will mail you a reimbursement check.

Sending Encouragement:

Grab a card or piece of paper and an envelope, and send someone a piece if encouragement in the mail.
